Program: You Don’t Have To Get Sick In Your Office You’ve got headaches, stomachaches, and backaches. Are you sitting in the Emergency Room? No. More likely you are at your office desk. When people think about the causes of severe stress they think of major life disasters such as death, sickness, and divorce. They rarely think of their job. And yet the working environment that one is subjected to every day probably produces more stress on a continuing basis than all the major disasters combined. In this presentation you will hear not only about the causes of stress in the office, but about what you can do to eliminate them.
