August 15, 2008	Welcome to the Columbia Basin Chapter The Columbia Basin Chapter of ARMA recently celebrated it's 30th anniversary. Chapter members reflect the diversity of Eastern Washington, but they share a common interest in improving the quality of records and information management in their organizations. Upcoming Chapter Meeting November 13, 2008 Pedro Ortiz-Villajos Senior IT Manager for Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration Applications with the Washington Division of URS Corporation A Case Study at URS Washington Division: Documentum - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly Mr. Ortiz-Villajos is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has held many IT leadership positions directing the design and deployment of numerous complex IT initiatives. He will present a case study of the implementation of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System - Documentum. In his current role, he has exponentially increased the use of ECM and Collaboration applications throughout the organization by leading the development and delivery of multiple business-oriented ECM solutions.
