30th anniversary.  Chapter members reflect the diversity of
Eastern Washington, but they share a common interest in
improving the quality of records and information management
in their organizations.

A Case Study at URS Washington Division:
Documentum - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Mr. Ortiz-Villajos is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has held many
IT leadership positions directing the design and deployment of numerous complex IT initiatives.

He will present a case study of the implementation of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System - Documentum.

In his current role, he has exponentially increased the use of ECM and Collaboration applications throughout the organization by leading the development and delivery of multiple business-oriented ECM solutions.
